Upon completion of his degree in 1990 at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Hall returned home to Pine Bluff to practice Optometry. Dr. Hall is a second-generation optometrist. He is a 1984 graduate of Pine Bluff High School and attended the University of Central Arkansas before entering Optometry school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics while in Optometry school. Dr. Hall’s primary objective is to provide first-rate visual health care to all of his patients. He continues to advance his knowledge of Optometry by regularly attending continuing education classes and seminars. He is a member of the Arkansas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He is certified in Advance Procedures.
Dr. Hall has been married to Pam for 38 years. He is a member of New Life Church in Little Rock. Dr. Hall is passionate about his family and is honored to be "Bud" to his precious granddaughter. He enjoys boating, camping, and Razorback football!
